He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. E. E. Neill and Mae Freeman; and his brothers, Charles and Robert Neill. He is survived by: his wife Belinda Neill; his children, Eric Neill (Debra) and Pamela Cary Smith (Paul); his sister Pearlie Neill; and his grandchildren, Vicki Smith, Cary Smith, Parker Neill and John Walter "J. W.".
