She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Walter Allison and Patricia Ann VonBuskick Bowermater; and her brother Leonard Russell Allison. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Allen Musgrave; her daughters, Allyson Marie O'Brien and Shirlee Patricia Jackson; her sister Barbara Jean Parr; her grandchildren, Skylynn Marie Niles, Chelsea Moakley of Virginia, Patrick Thomas Brewer and Victoria Xill Broughton; and her great grandchildren, Alexxander Ray Steel, Brantley J. Moakley, Easton James Moakley, Paislee Grace Moakley and Raelynn Cole Moakley.
