He is survived by: his siblings, Marjean Perry Childree, Norma Perry, Chuck Perry and Clint Perry; and his significant other David Massey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; his husband.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to A Theatre Tuscaloosa Endowment Fund.
