Ruth LaVerne Creel Obituary

She was predeceased by: her husband Roy Creel; her parents, Marvin Foster and Ora Lee Foster (Morse); her sister Dora Ann Foster Oglesby; and her stepdaughter Marcia Creel Clinner.
She is survived by: her sisters, Judy Foster Darnell (Fred) and Connie Foster; and her grandchildren, Michael Creel (Lauren), Morgan Creel Boyd (Landon), Matthew Weaver and Cameron Clinner. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home- Tuscaloosa (6100 Old Greensboro Rd, Tuscaloosa, AL 35405). A graveside service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Kinard Cemetery- West Blocton (3364 Hopewell Church Rd, West Blocton, AL 35184).
In lieu of flowers the family request donations to the Michael J. Fox foundation for Parkinson's Research.
