He was predeceased by: his parents, George Franklin Feltman, Sr. and Ruby Lucille Kimbrell Feltman; and his brother Roy Gene Feltman. He is survived by: his siblings, George F. Feltman, Jr. (Dorthy), James E. Feltman (Dorothy), Vera Nell "Phoebe" Kizzire (Edward) and Shirley F. Shepherd (Holley); his sister-in-law Bobbie Jean Feltman; and his great-nephew Kered Mancone. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and friends.
