He is survived by: his wife Linda Adams Lewis; his children, Ashley Lewis Swope (Zane) and Dax Lewis (Lindsey); his siblings, Louise Green, Maedale Springfield and Charles Lewis; his grandsons, Noah Swope and Caleb Swope; his mother-in-law Faye Adams; and his great grandchild Dax (Lindsey).
