He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mullenix and Rosemarie Mullenix; and his grandparents, Benny, Beulah Mullenix, Ursula Sannemann and Werner Sannemann.
He is survived by: his wife Kristin Davis Mullenix; his daughters, Lauren Davis Mullenix and Leyna Brooke Mullenix; his siblings, Margaret Dutra, Robert Mullenix (Sylvia), Jim Mullenix (Sheila) and William Mullenix; his parents-in-law, Charlie and Moye Davis; his brother-in-law Keith Davis (Debbie); and his nieces and nephews, Casey Bader, Mallory Adams (Randy), Alyson Davis, Jamie Mullenix, Michael Mullenix (Candy), Allen Davis (Sandra), Peyton Mullenix and Caleb Mullenix.
