John Wallace Elliott Sr. Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 6, 2023, at the age of 85, John Wallace Elliott Sr. of Moundville, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, David Grady, Sr. and Ida Belle Elliott; his son David Lee Elliott; and his siblings, Virginia Belle Elliott, Roberta Jenkins (Jug), David Grady Elliott, Jr. (Dot) and Clarence Mills Elliott (Dot).

He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Elliott; his sons, Johnny Elliott (Kara) and Scott Elliott (Mary); and his daughter-in-law Helen Elliott. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 8 step grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 8 step great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Amedisys Hospice or Moundville Methodist Church.
