She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugo Hillstrom and Lempi Hillstrom. She is survived by: her sisters, Ellen Chmaj of Seattle and Grace Dawson of Grand Blanc, Michigan; and her son Donald Frederick Brooks (Denise) of St. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
