He is survived by: his sister Evelyn Horne Lewis; his friend Blanche Graham (Joey Kay); and his children, Carol Ralston (Billy Jack), Charles Horne (Donna), Pam Markham (Les) and Mike Shelnut (Christine). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
