He was predeceased by: his wife Patsy Smith Terry; his parents, Marvin James and Myrtle Pearl Terry; and his siblings, Marvin Jr., Lindsay, Bill, Bobby and Peggy.
He is survived by: his son Todd Terry; his daughter-in-law Kim Brown of Huntsville; his daughter Suzanne; his son-in-law Jim Cunningham of Florence; his granddaughters, Reagan Cunningham Tomlinson (J. R.) and Ruby Cunningham of Florence; his siblings-in-law, Dian Terry, Marilyn Terry and Jack Smith; his niece Paige Terry; and his nephews, Bill Terry, Josh Terry, Levi Terry, Rex Terry, Rex Harris, Jay Terry and Tod Smith.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Moulton Baptist Church (755 Walnut St, Moulton, AL 35650). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 3:40 PM at the Moulton Memory Gardens.
