He is survived by: his wife Elloise Kindt; his children, Robert Kindt (Melissa), Tiffany Kindt, Heather Berryman (Heath), John Lipsey (Angie), Candy Rutherford and Jenny Eady (Ricky); and his close friend Tom Pace. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
