With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Leon Milligan of Moulton, Alabama, born in Pontiac, Michigan, who passed away on October 12, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Orlando Milligan and Sarah Melvina Winegar Milligan; and his siblings, Howard Milligan, Irma Milligan Baker (Ken), Shirley Reed Morgan (Harold Reed), Charlotte Barry Howell (Charles), Janet Olson and Norma Milligan.
He is survived by: his wife Mavis Maxine Milligan (Blaxton); his daughters, Mary Elizabeth Lemaster (Dean) and Sandra Joann Milligan; his brother Donald Milligan; and his grandchildren, Kathleen E. Walters (Nicholas), Rustie Rose DiMauro (Kody) and Emily Noel Lockwood Combs (Brian). He is also survived by three great-granddaughters; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
