She was predeceased by: her parents, William Mills and Annie Heaps Mills; her husband George Harris; her children, Jerome Harris and Annie Patricia Harris; and her siblings, Lila Mae Vandiver, Mary Belle Henson, Addie Strickland, Velma Beene, Helen Savage and Roy Mills.
She is survived by: her sons, Joey Harris (Paula) and Jackie Harris (Cynthia); and her grandchildren, Jackie Edward Harris (Hope), Kristy Harris (Shannon Reed), Mandy Robinson (Steve), Jonah Harris (Tanya) and Joseph Harris (Kendall Brown). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Lawrence Funeral Home (12950 AL-157, Moulton, AL 35650). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM.
