She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Phillips and Ivory Ferguson Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Kenny Parker; her children, Larry Bennett, Vickie McCarter (Tony), Oscar Bennett (Jennifer) and Benjamin Parker; and her siblings, Mary Ann Glisson, Ivory Louise Payne (Scotty), Joann Bailey, Brenda Lee Farmer (Joe), Daris Mason and Oscar Lee Phillips (Jimmy Bellamy). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a local animal shelter.
