She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Blankenship (Florene Harville Blankenship) and Florene Blankenship; and her brothers, Larry Blankenship, Russell Blankenship Jr., Tommy Blankenship and Joey Blankenship.

She is survived by: her husband Scottie Butler Sr.; her children, Sherry Butler and Scottie Butler Jr.; her grandchildren, Lydia Pedon (Steven) and Chasady Butler; her great grandchildren, Crimson Flannagin, Aze and Flannagin; and her brothers, Clint Blankenship (Sherry) and Heath Case. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
