It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darryl Freeman Armstrong of Moulton, Alabama, who passed away on February 27, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Armstrong and Jewel Armstrong; his wife Mary Armstrong; his siblings, James "Jack" Armstrong and Sandra Armstrong; and his son-in-law Dusty Grimes.
He is survived by: his children, Joe, Mike Armstrong (Casey) of Glendale, CA, Jessica (Jamie), David Armstrong (Ashley Williams), Karen Grimes of Moulton, AL and Danielle Morgan of Pell City, AL; his siblings, Lynnda Owens, Vickey Lundy, Donna Hughes, Dayton Armstrong and Clayton Armstrong; his grandchildren, Andrew Barbel (Mara), Daniel Armstrong (Jordan), Grayson Webster (Kelsee), Gibson Fellows, Caroline Webster (Parker Milligan), Drezden Grimes, Jackson Webster, Anna Armstrong, Natalie Grimes, Lucy Armstrong and AJ Armstrong; and his great grandchildren, Bradlee, Evan, Olivia, Kash and Carter.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Pine Torch Church (2067 Co Rd 70, Moulton, AL 35650).
