He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Sivley and Olean Sparks Sivley; and his brothers, Tim Sivley and Lloyd Sivley. He is survived by: his wife Rita Sivley; his children, Craig Sivley (Misty), Aprell Martin (Terry Gholston) and Pearl Mitchell (Jason); his siblings, Floyd Sivley, Priscilla McCollum (Robert), Deborah Dye and Melody Gallant (Mike); and his grandchildren, Don Martin, Jacob Mitchell, Anna Mitchell, Nelly Gholston, Danielle Sivley, Ariel Sivley and C. J. Sivley.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Parkway Funeral Home (23599 AL-24, Trinity, AL 35673). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family respectfully request memorial donations be made to Aveanna Hospice.
