He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Paul and Mary Helen Terry Montgomery. He is survived by: his wife Laurie Lambert Montgomery; his son Robert Montgomery (Sara); his grandchildren, Jimmie Ray Montgomery and Annie Mae Montgomery; his brother Harry Montgomery of Moulton; his nephew Carson Montgomery; and his niece Meredith Montgomery.
