He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Self and Alfred Self; and his siblings, J. T., Clyde, Dren, Don Self, June Foley and Mayve Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Hazel V. Self; his daughters, Stephanie Little and Pam Kidd; his daughter-in-law Carolyn Self; his sons, Mark and Rick Self; his grandchildren, Tylor Little, Emily Kidd, Nicholas Kidd, Caleb Little, Blade Williams, Rob Williams and Chris Williams; his great grandchild Owen Little; and his sisters, Martha Tyree, Barbara Higgins and Janice Robertson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
