She is survived by: her husband John Kay Swack; her children, Candie Ann Moore, Brandon Swack and Johnny Kay Swack, Jr. (Misti); her grandchildren, Carissa Ann Glass (Woodsin), Clayton and Colton Swack; her great grandchildren, Aleina and Averleigh; her siblings, Jennifer Jones and Tommy Esco (Phyllis); and her pets, Precious, Peanut and Lil Bit. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
