He is survived by: his wife Pat Cunningham; his mother Evelyn Heath; his children, Lisa Grizzelle (Brian), Keith Cunningham (Gail), Amy Lauer (Mark), Michael Stanley and Michelle Collier (Jerry); his grandchildren, Mason Shoemake (Jainy), Kenlee Grizzelle, Gracie Cunningham, Ethan Lauer, Cameron Lauer, Grayson Lauer, Courtney Stanley, Cheyenne Collier and Brooklyn Collier; and his great grandchild James Shoemake.
With that in mind, donations to The American Heart Association would be a great honor in his name in lieu of flowers.
