With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael D. Smith of Morris, Alabama, who passed away on March 30, 2024 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Odell Smith of Nauvoo, AL; and his brothers, Rick Smith, Don Smith (Wanda) and Russell Smith. He is survived by: his wife Terri Smith of Morris, AL; his brother Steve Smith (Gloria) of Sugarland, TX; his children, Toby Holmes (Amy) of Gardendale, Angel Smith of Trussville, Josh Holmes (Lacey) of Cullman, AL and Mikal Kayla Smith of Fultondale, AL; his grandchildren, Cole Holmes, Jacey Lawrence, Ada Holmes, Evie Holmes and Zane Holmes; and his friend Wayne Godsey.
