She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Edward and Burlie Mae Gipson; her husband Ken; her children, Bill Nelson (Amy) of Decatur and Donna Hill (David) of Seattle, WA.; her grandchildren, Grace, Colin, Stella Mae, Sawyer and Scout; and her sister Doris Lee of Scottsboro. She was also cherished by cousins, nephews, nieces and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made to Hospice of the Valley or the Neighborhood Christian Center's Women's Jail Ministry.
