She is survived by: her husband James Donald Phillips; her children, Jeffrey Donald Phillips (Dana Armstrong) and Julie Phillips Lacey; her grandchildren, Adam Brent Campbell (Cheri), Erin Elizabeth Campbell-Scott (Eric) and Jacob Daniel Phillips; her great grandchild Avery Armstrong; her siblings, Larry Quick (Wynonna) and Sylvia Young (Jimmy); and her sister-in-law Melba Quick.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
