He is survived by: his wife Wanda Blackwelder; his children, Sawyer Harris (Heather), Alisha Blackwelder (Kayla) and Jada Graves (Ashley); and his siblings, Fred Blackwelder (Denise), Janice Blackwelder Lord (David) and Susan Blackwelder Lomax (Jason).
