It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emmett Moman Jr. of Morris, Alabama, who passed away on January 25, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Moman and Mazie Moman Sr.; his daughter Irene Elizabeth Moman; his wife Mildred Celia Moman; and his siblings, Austin Lee Moman, Colleen Rhodes, Jewel Webb and Mathel Allums.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Moman (Linda Jo), Johnny Lee Moman (Linda) and Licia Melvin (Johnny); his grandchildren, Angela Hardiman (Rod), Brandy Spears (Eric), Elizabeth Trammell (Wayne), Anna Lee Bittle (Jeremy) and Kyle Melvin (Kayla); his great grandchildren, Zac Hardiman (Kristen), Ben Hardiman (Victoria), Isabella Spears, Charlsey Trammell, Jude Bittle, Khloe Melvin and Kwynley Melvin; his great great grandchild Asher Hardiman; and his siblings, Forrest Aaron Moman and Maxine Boone. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
