It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Edwina M Suddeth of Morris, Alabama, who passed away on April 11, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband James O. Suddeth; her parents, Griselda G. Martin and N. E. Martin; her son C. Leland Suddeth; her brother William E. Martin; her sister-in-law Jill F. Martin; her nephew Nat Martin; and her son-in-law Carl D. Lucas.

She is survived by: her daughter Jane Lucas; her grandchildren, Melinda "Mindy" Dennis (Jeff) and Wayne Piper (Leslie Palmer); her great grandchildren, Kirsti, Amanda and Abby; and also, Marcia and MaryJustice Lucas.

In lieu of flowers, Edwina and family would be honored to have donations made in Edwina's name to the North Jefferson Women's Center or Samaritan's Purse Shoebox Ministry.
