She is survived by: her children, Debbie Smith (Roy), Donna McAlpin (Michael), Tammy Lackey, Eddy Lackey (Vicki), Ken Lackey (Theresa) and Dale Lackey. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family and friends.
