She is survived by: her spouse Herbert McCombs; her children, Gregory McCombs (Teresa), Ricky McCombs (Janet) and Cathy Johnsey (Scott); her grandchildren, Rachel Jarrod, Emily (Jonathan), Lacey, Adam, Dylan, Devyn, Justin, Gage (Shelby), Jacob (Alyssa), Christy (Travis), Dante, Jordan and Carley; and her sisters, Margie Hinton, Kathleen Mosley (John) and Shirley Mulvehill (Donald).
