He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit Virgil Rayfield and Edith McRaven Rayfield; and his brothers, Jerry William Rayfield and Donald Edward Rayfield. He is survived by: his wife Carol Faye Adams Rayfield; his children, Joseph Keith Rayfield (Karen Rayfield) and Laura Anne Betsill (Jeffrey Len Betsill); his grandchildren, Christopher Keith Rayfield, Adam Thomas Rayfield, Nicole Kapanowski and Jessica Messina (Ryan Messina); and his great grandchildren, Aniya Kapanowski and Aria Messina.
