She is survived by: her children, Vickie Johnson and William "Spud" Newton (Karen); her grandchildren, Amy Bynum (Jerrod), Tiffany Karr (David) and Todd Johnson (Amber); and her great grandchildren, Sylas Bynum, Corrina Karr, Ethan Karr, Samuel Johnson and Eli Johnson.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kilgroe Funeral Home (1750 Ashville Rd, Leeds, AL 35094). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital or Gideons West Camp.
