She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas E. "Bug" and Jane Carmack; and her sister Frances Hairston. She is survived by: her husband James L. Baggett, Sr; her son Jim Baggett (Marci); her grandchild Jane Ann Baggett; and her nieces, Donna Stinson Williamson, Sherri Womack Kirby, Cheri Womack Clanton and Patrick Whitmire (Brittany).

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the St. Clair County Humane Society.
