It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lola Lee Mims of Moody, Alabama, born in Attalla, Alabama, who passed away on August 29, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Horton and Leola Horton; her husband Rev. Jack Mims; and her son Doodle Mims (Harold). She is survived by: her children, Rev. Jackie Mims (Bonnie), Rev. Jerry Mims (Sharon) and Debra Gibbs (Andy); and her daughter-in-law Charlotte Mims (Doodle). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren.
