He was predeceased by: his daughter Amy Cody Kealy; and his siblings, Mary Meehan and Kevin Kealy. He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Kealy; his sons, Brian Kealy (Megan) and Kenneth Kealy (Sakura); his grandchildren, Jack Kealy, Henry Kealy, Charles Kealy and Rose Kealy; and his siblings, Elizabeth Clement, Patricia Lenza, Tom Kealy and Eddie Kealy.

A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Theresa's Catholic Church (1750 Ashville Rd, Leeds, AL 35094).
