Though James has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrie Allen and Noah Allen; and his siblings, Charles Allen, Helon Baldone and Bert Stewart.
He is survived by: his wife Pat Allen; his children, Steve Allen (Debbie), Scott Allen (Suzann) and Felicia Smith (Marty); his grandson Steven Allen (family: Peyton Allen, Sarah Anne Owen, Beth Allen Smith, Micah Smith); and his great grandchild Gracie Allen.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bethel Baptist Church (8332 Moody Pkwy, Odenville, AL 35120). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
