She was predeceased by: her husband Ormand Black; her parents, Roy Nolen and Edith Nolen; and her son-in-law Randall E. Ellis. She is survived by: her children, Mary Black Ellis, Brenda Black Scoggins, Michael Black (Julie) and Annette Black Pugh (Alan); and her brother Charles Nolen (Mellie). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
