She was predeceased by: her daughter Andrea Mullins; and her parents, Max Cardwell and Patricia Cardwell. She is survived by: her husband Billy McCay; her daughter Lesa Roush (Jason); her brothers, Mike Cardwell (Susie) and Patrick Cardwell (Vickie); her grandchildren, Robbie Bundy, Kyle Roush, Mason Roush, Patricia Roush and Hazel Roush; and her great grandchild Lizzy Foxx.
