She was predeceased by: her mother Shirley Welborn. She is survived by: her husband Charles L. Brown; her son Charles Brandon Brown; her father John Oran Welborn, Sr.; and her siblings, Elaine Coston, Jeff Welborn and John Oran Welborn, Jr.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
