We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2025, at the age of 82, Billie Bunn Sr. of Moody, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Billie may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Billie touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his wife Maureen Rose Bunn. He is survived by: his son Billie Bunn, Jr. (Deanna); his grandchildren, Courtney Agbay and Amber Agbay; and his great grandchildren, Josh Isbell, Brinley Isbell, Emmy Haney, Eli Isbell, Rose Isbell, Bella Gray and Ellie Gray.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kilgroe Funeral Home (1750 Ashville Rd, Leeds, AL 35094). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 1:15 PM at the Alabama National Cemetery.
