He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Wiley Hodge and Roberta King Hodge of Decatur; and his wife Betty Joyce Statum Hodge of Birmingham. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Hodge Potter (Jonathan) of Moody and Arthur Gregory Hodge (Holly) of Lexington, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Elliott Potter (Taylor) of Birmingham, Nicholas Hodge of Portland, Barrett Potter Bisognani (Joey) of Charleston, Kelsey Potter of Birmingham and Alexander Hodge of Lexington, Kentucky.; his sister-in-law Mary Burroughs Statum of Knoxville, Tennessee; his nephew Tab Statum (Becky) of Knoxville; his niece Pamela Statum Jordan (Mike) of Knoxville; his cousins, Tammy Lantrip Stone (Tim), Barbara Sexton Lantrip of Vestavia Hills, Alabama and Julie Ann Statum Burchfield (Butch) of Oak Grove; and also, Will, Anna Claire of Homewood, Scott and Robert.
