She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Jacks; her son-in-law John Riggs; her parents, Ramsey Daugherty and Luverina Mowery Daugherty; and her siblings, Magalene Stonecipher, Irene Webber, Evelene, Lorene, Pearl Lou Daugherty, Clifford, Walter, Donald Lee, Frank, Leonard, Kenneth Daugherty and Kyle Webber.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Jacks, Stacy Jacks of Moody and Melissa Riggs of Lake City; her grandchildren, Jonathan Riggs and Paisley Riggs; and her siblings-in-law, Rose Ann Daugherty and Leroy Stonecipher Many. She is also survived by her Many nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
