He is survived by: his wife Melissa Duke; his sons, Jonathan Duke (Amber) and Spencer Duke (Kassie); his father Raymond Duke; his siblings, Michael Duke (Lisa), Lisa Ingram (Michael) and Jennifer Duke; and his grandchildren, Avery Duke and Sadie Duke. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
