He was predeceased by: his parents, William David and Agnes Rush Cook; and his siblings, John Cook, Mary Elizabeth Cook Gipson, Frances Cook White, Estelle Cook Hire, Annie Ruth Cook Allen, Polly Cook Nyby and Martha Jane Cook Sabrio.
He is survived by: his wife Royce Edwards Cook of Scooba, Mississippi.; and his children, Janice Sue Cook and William Patrick Cook II. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his honor to Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Montgomery, Alabama or Holy Cross Catholic Church, Philadelphia, Mississippi.
