She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Colquitt and Virginia Bridges Weems; her husband Roger Charles Norris; and her siblings, Nancy and Walter.
She is survived by: her children, Roger "Jerry" Charles Norris (Kay) of Watkinsville, John Wharton Norris (Mary Jane) of Alpharetta, Virginia Norris Thompson (Tim) of Opelika, Ala. and Walter Andrew Norris (Cathy) of Montgomery; and her grandchildren, Roger Norris III, Chandler Norris, James Norris, Louisa Wood, Dorothy Baker, Laura Zambrana, Mary Virginia Kemp, John Walter Norris, Anna Caroline Norris and Mary Catherine Green. She is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren.
