He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrian Barnett and Joyce Barnett; and his sister Nancy Sides of Pensacola, Florida.. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Barnett; his children, Brook Barnett Gonzalez of San Antonio, Texas, Dain Barnett of Montgomery and Beau Barnett (Lea) of Montgomery, Alabama; his grandchildren, Belen, Jack and Jacob Gonzalez of San Antonio, Texas; his siblings, Sharon Dickson of Pensacola, Florida, Brian Barnett of Columbus and Mark Barnett (Tina) of Davenport, Florida; and his in-laws, Clark Childress (Betty) and Janet Woods of Cantonment, Florida..
