We are sad to announce that on February 21, 2025, at the age of 78, Sandra Kaye Capps (Montgomery, Alabama) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Sandra Kaye shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Sandra Kaye farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter T. Capps and Evelyn Capps. She is survived by: her sister Barbara C. Mathews; her nephew Derek Mathews; her niece Jamie Mathews; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Peyton Howard and Madison Mathews; her uncle Joseph Harrell; and her aunt Betty Harrell.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Alabama Heritage Cemetery (10505 Atlanta Hwy, Montgomery, AL 36117).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Sandra's memory may be made to Samaritan's Purse.
