The lying in state will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Phillips-Riley Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Phillips-Riley Chapel, Pastor Freddie Hogan. A burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at the Brassell Cemetery (742 Charlie Brassell Pl, Montgomery, AL 36117). Social Distancing Practices will be observed during the visitation and service.
