He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce Curtis Milliman; his grandparents, Oscar Milliman, Stephen Smith, Marianne Smith, Glen Curtis and Margaret Curtis; his uncle Glen Curtis; and his aunt Jan Curtis.

He is survived by: his wife Lisa Milliman; his sons, Jacob H. Milliman (Rachael) and Joshua C. Milliman; his father Robert Milliman; and his siblings, Mike Milliman and Caryn Milliman.
