He is survived by: his daughter Tiara Smith Kent (George); his grandchildren, Jerome Henry (Becca), Jefferson Henry, Olivia Kent, Emily Kent and Whitman Kent (Maddy); his nephew Eric Edward Smith (Tammy); and his caregiver Neal (family: Sylvia Riley, Shantell Riley, Kayla Riley, Maria Harris, Betty Foster, Mary White).
